Please remember that MS is unique to everyone, every case is different.  I am happy to share with you my experiences and findings, however these may need to be changed to suit. If in any doubt, please consult your GP or a nutritionist prior to embarking on this diet.  Good luck, the results do not show themselves straight away, but when / if they do, it is definitely worth the patience and diligence.
