Am planning to make some banana cakes today and maybe try to extend the recipe to those fruit salad cakes I have been thinking about. Will try them on my friends (alias the guinea pigs) at band practice tonight. I will them reward (punish) them for their honest comments with some singing! (I so can not sing to save myself)
