Mushroom Curry Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- Onion / Mushrooms / Baby Corn / Broccoli / Asparagus / Carrots / Beans / Red Pepper etc
- 1 Cups of Soya Milk
- 1 Cups of Soya Cream
- An additional 12 Mushrooms
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 3 Teaspoon of Medium Spiced Curry Powder
- Cooked Chicken / Prawns (Either / Or Optional)
- Tomatoes (Optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Spray a non stick frying pan lightly with extra virgin olive oil and then on a medium heat stir fry vegetables. Whilst vegetables are coking blend additional 12 mushrooms together with garlic cloves. Once vegetables are cooked add soya milk, soya cream and blended mushroom and garlic clove mix, curry powder and any additional ingredients (as chosen by yourself, i.e. chicken / prawns / tomatoes etc) Simmer for 15 minutes. Finally add salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine and then enjoy.
