Humous
Ingredients
- 450g Chick Peas
- 200g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 140g Tahini
- 100g Water
- 35g Lemon Juice
- 10g Salt
- 10g Pepper
Directions:
In a blender mix together all ingredients and taste. You can replace lemon juice with White Wine Vinegar. Chick peas quantity are taken from a can, I have not yet perfected boiling chick peas first and achieving the same result. All advise is most welcome.
