Chicken / Turkey or Quorn Satay

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken (Turkey of Quorn) cut into pieces with all skin, fat and dark bits removed
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 large Garlic Clove
  • 1cm (0.5 inch) Fresh Ginger
  • 0..5 Teaspoon of barts Lemon Grass in Sunflour Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
  • 6 Teaspoon of Ground Coriander>
  • 100ml of Alpro Soya Cream
  • 100ml of Alpro Soya Milk

 

Directions:

In a blender mix Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Grass, Sugar, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Soya Cream and Soya MIlk. Once well mixed pour over Chicken and leave to marinate for two hours +. Then put onto skewers (soaked in cold water for 5+ hours to prevent burning) or simply grill or BBQ Chicken without the skewers.
