What do we want? VIT D! When do we want it? NOW

Shine on Scotland, Tuesday 16 June 2009, a most memorable event. The above chant was what Kyle, 4 yrs, was singing on the train journey home. It is truly inspirational what Ryan has accomplished, only 14 years old, he has campaigned the importance of Vitamin D and been SEEN, HEARD and spoken to MPs. MP's who can do something to help prevent our children from getting Multiple Sclerosis and potentially other critical illnesses including Cancer, Diabetes and Alzheimer's to name but a few. Speaking to him yesterday, he was just a normal kid with a good sense of humor, smiling at cameras, not knowing which one to look at as there were so many.
He carried the his message proud, brave and strong with every intention to succeed and behaved like someone who should be 30 years more senior!

Kyle and I arrived in full support for in our kilts and sharing (diet friendly) banana cakes, only to find we could do more and had our faces painted too with the solitaire of Scotland. We were so proud to be one of the many voices (an estimated 200) we did not remove our kilts and face paint until it was time for bed.

You can see us in this link, we are sitting on the Ryan's left when the photo's were being taken and I am wearing the red kilt, Kyle is wearing the HUGE T-shirt as we walk past the camera (2.10sec). What an amazing day, thank you Ryan you HAVE made a difference.
