Joco Green Curry Sucess

Have had a very relaxing day after completing three tax returns yesterday (one company accs, one self trader and an easy personal one) :-) That 31 Jan deadline always gets me. Only two more to go before I run away to Thailand.
The count down is on.....

It is when I relax that I become creative in the kitchen, today was just another one of those neat moments when I discovered that I had cooked the best Joco green curry yet!!

It is the challenge that motivates me. Sucess, I just love it, thrive on it.

Challenging, this will be tomorrow! I have three meetings with very little purpose. Will I find any potential avenues to develop further... humph this will be a tougher challenge than those tax returns, but without these challenges life would be boring.
